Reporting and Cost Control
Fulfillment of the Procurement process for Drilling, Production, Maintenance and Geosciences departments to execute contracts for Services & Materials (Upstream Projects). Fulfillment the Logistic requirements such as Shipping, Inland trucking, Warehousing and Stock Control. Foreign purchasing, Inquiries, Fast tenders and Call for general tenders issuing, Drilling materials coordinator, Stock control documentation system, Responsible of the loading & offloading different materials and equipment for onshore rig, Materials inventory in the pipe yard, container stores and cold rooms, this beside completion of material requisitions considering the Min. /Max. Levels, Responsible of all drilling materials transfer to and from drilling rig, Responsible of all personnel shifts, drilling crews and public relations in all oil field affairs.
